Today (Monday, March 20, 2023), we held a Free 1-Hr Nordic Walking session at the Playstead Parking next to the Andover Senior Center. It was a Gorgeous New England Day 40F,  25% Humidity and Sunny, Sunny, Sunny.  It was a welcome change to be outside, after being hit with the parting Nor-Easter, last week. 

  It feels good to be alive and Nordic Walking.  We had 5 Participants. All beginners. What is amazing is that one of the participants drove all the way from Swampscott. The zeal to be active at age 50+ is truly inspirational to us.  Our students and our participants are our driving force. You truly give us the energy to keep going.

  Just us reminder that by popular demand, there is another Free 1-Hr session next Monday, March 27, 2023, at the same place, i.e. Andover Senior Center Playstead Parking lot.  

  Of-course we always encourage participants to sign up for the 1-on-1 sessions to get the full benefit of the instructions. Please check www.nordicwalkma.com frequently, for event postings.  Now that winter is passing, we will have more events and classes for folks that want to get outdoors.
