Beginner Classes

4 one hour small group sessions where you will learn to integrate the basic technique so that it becomes more automatic. All classes will be held outdoors on paved surfaces or level trails in Andover.  Average distance covered will be from 1-2 miles depending on the ability level of the group and the outdoor conditions. Pre-Register with me.

Nordic Walking Adventure

4 one hour small group sessions where you will continue to refine your technique while maintaining a brisk pace. You will also experience walking on a variety of surfaces with varied elevations. Classes may be held at different locations within Andover and surrounding towns. Pre-Register with me.

Cost: $40 for 4 classes. Payment in cash.

 

Private one-on-one Instruction

Individualized instruction based on your specific needs. This is especially useful for people who are post rehab and/or just beginning to reconnect with fitness activities. Contact me for more details.

Cost: $50 for 1hr. Payment in cash.
